What does this Simple Invoice with Automatic Numbering template do?

It is a simple template that can:

1. Generate consecutive invoice numbers, and
2. store those records as a list in an additional sheet with the following information.
3. Set up the payment types

DATE, TIME, SUBTOTAL, TAX RATE, TAXES, TOTAL, PAYMENT METHOD, NAME, COMPANY, PHONE, EMAIL, CUSTOMER ID.

The Simple Invoice also lets you start invoicing from the number you choose and set up the payment types your business accepts.

Another important feature is that it can stop invoicing once you reach the limit of invoice numbers approved by the regulatory authority, and let you continue once the new approval has been obtained.

This feature is optional: if you prefer to keep invoicing without limits, you can do that too.

Can I customize the template?

You can customize all the content and information in the invoice related to invoice numbering and customer details, and you can also change the colors and fonts.

What do I need to use the automatic numbering template?

All you really need is Microsoft Excel 2013 or later with macros allowed to run. After that, you can use the template like any other Excel file: you can copy it to any device to move it to another computer, or back it up to the cloud if you wish.
