Refund Policy

I want the template to work for you. That's why, before any refund, I offer support to install and set it up on your computer.

When a refund applies

• If the template does not work on a computer that meets the requirements on the product page and we cannot solve it with support, within 7 days of the purchase.
• If you paid twice for the same order.
• If you bought a course or service that has not yet been provided.

When a refund does not apply

• When the computer does not meet the requirements stated on the product page (for example, Excel for Mac or Excel for the web with a template that requires Windows).
• When the product has already been downloaded and the reason is a change of mind.

How to request it

Write to me from the contact page with your order reference (it starts with EO-) and a description of the problem. I reply within a maximum of 3 business days. The refund is made through the same payment gateway you paid with (Mercado Pago, Wompi or PayPal), and the time it takes to reach your account depends on the gateway and your bank. Once the refund is approved, the download links are deactivated.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit the rights of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) and payment reversal (reversión del pago) provided for in Law 1480 of 2011, where applicable.
