How to use the QR code generator
Paste the link to your page, a form or a cloud file, or type any text. The code updates as you type.
Pick the PNG size for your use: 512 px is enough for documents and screens; for large prints use 2048 px or, better, the SVG, which scales without losing quality.
Error correction lets phones read the code even when it is dirty or partly covered. If you will place a logo on top or print it on labels that wear out, choose “High” or “Maximum”.
If you need hundreds of codes — one per product, student or fixed asset — the Excel template generates them all at once from your list.
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code contains your text or link directly; there is no redirect service in between, so it works for as long as the link exists.
What is the difference between PNG and SVG?
PNG is a fixed-size image, ideal for documents and social media. SVG is vector-based: it scales without losing sharpness and is the best format for print.
Can I change the colours?
Yes, but keep strong contrast: a dark code on a light background. Light or inverted colours are hard for many phones to read.
