How do you send emails from Excel?
Sending email from Excel requires Excel to communicate with other Microsoft Office tools, in particular the Outlook email client (not to be confused with the Outlook website).
To send emails from Excel with attachments to different accounts, we need to use macro code, better known as VBA.
Below is the solution: a template that lets you send emails from a sheet containing the list of main recipients, the list of files you want to attach, and the email accounts you want to copy (CC) or blind copy (BCC).

You can customize all of the template's content, even the code.
What do I need to use the bulk email template?
All you really need is Microsoft Excel 2013 or later with macros allowed to run, and Outlook installed and set up on your computer. After that, you can use the template like any other Excel file: you can copy it to any device to move it to another computer, or back it up to the cloud if you wish.
